How can one add a Supertype Entity with Subtypes?

Add an entity (e.g. Carpart), this will be the supertype
Add an entity (e.g. Wheel). Edit the properties for this entity and select a Generalization, the Carpart. This is now the subtype.

You can add as many subtypes as you like.
