We have published a couple of webservices in a Linux environment but the http:// is missing. example: 100.16.4.123:8008/ws-doc/CEDS1PF?wsdl this should be: http://100.16.4.123:8008/ws-doc/CEDS1PF?wsdl What can be wrong here?
