In a Microflow, How to check if the existing session object is not new and it is a current session?

I don't understand your question, what are you trying to achieve exactly? And why would a session be unable to be new and current at the same time?

You can get the current session id for a user by using a custom java action. Don't know what you're trying to achieve, but perhaps this is not the way to go.
