I did a massive change in a project and once I started committing the changes, the modeler threw an exception. So I hit update and the modeler threw another exception. Now when I open my Mendix project, the modeler says that this is not a TeamServer project. I'm sitting with about 400 changed objects. I'm hoping for some good news from the community. Is there a way to remedy this?

Try downloading from team server into a new folder.
And then copy the mpr (and possibly any file change) to that new folder.
