Mendix 5 Navigation List

What's the difference between the standard navigation list widget in Mendix 5 and a single column table? There seems to be no difference in properties or behavior.

It allows you to click and trigger an action on the row itself, outside a cell. IMHO, I think this control should be removed and the standard table should be gifted with a property "Allow row click" or something similar... Tables allow you to conditionally hide a row.
