Is it possible to connect a Remote Debugger to a Windows app. The app runs on premise, with Mendix version 4.5.2. I, however, cannot find any option to enable remote debugging like I do when run in Linux. Thanks!

Yes, that's possible. You can do this by enabling the remote debugger in the mendix service console which is installed on your on premise location. You can do that under advanced and you will receive a password which you can enter in your Modeler.
