Hi all, I switched phones (iphone (iOS) to galaxy s4 (android)) and i used google authenticator to authenticate myself with mendix cloud. Now, i installed this tool on my new s4 and i can again authenticate myself with google, but not with Mendix anymore. Anyone any idea how i can change setting or 'reset' something within mendix so i can authenticate again? By the way, i can't find any setting in mendix cloud to return to old fashion sms authentication either. Thanks already!

You'll have to file a ticket to get your account reset. After that you can activate the authenticator again.
We don't support switching back to SMS authentication because we're moving away from that technology. It's not reliable/safe enough.
