service unavailable, license pool error

In our unix environment we constantly get service unavailable or license pool error in ExpertDesk. This makes the tool totally unusable for us. We cannot work with the ExpertDesk SSO on the Windows platform without tremendous hassle. Please give a hint how this can be fixed as the internal support fails to fix the issue. ExpertDesk Version m9.1.0 (build: BR12.1-20131210-0.4)

Hello Willem,

This issue is under investigation (Internal ZIGGO). It is most likely that this issue is due to network connectivity issues.
