OSGi warning convertion Mendix 4 to Mendix 5.1

I still have the same problem when I convert my m4 model to m5.1 (see this thread for the initial problem) I hoped this problem would be solved in Mendix 5.1 but it seems it is not. Do I still need to try this work around?
