Maximum number of sessions exceeded Mendix 4.7.2 on Create Account

I'm receiving an exception when I'm trying to create a new user as an admin. li: Maximum number of sessions exceeded! (You are currently using a trial license) at Administration.NewNormalAccount (CreateAndChange : 'Create Account') I'm the only user accessing the environment (My own dev system). Cookie/session clearing doesn't solve this. Same happens when creating Webservices user.

In the Active Sessions screen, i was able to remove other sessions from the environment. Afterwards i was able to create the new account.

It seems like that a new session is started when a new Account will be created, which causes a problem when you are on the maximum amount of sessions.
