Hi, I am exporting a report in XML format through SFTP server but this will occur in the live environment (daily schedule event). Now my question is I want to test it by using a test download button. Can I use download file to download a XML format file? I tried creating a test button and attached a microflow and used download file action at the end but nothing is being downloaded and also there is no error. Please can someone help me if I am doing something wrong. Thanks in advance.

Mohammed it is in the entity settings. The current role that is trying to download the file doesn't have read access to the entity you are downloading the file to.

Mohammed,
From the fact that you do not see an error and nothing is downloaded I'm guessing that you did not setup the file permissions in the settings.
