Since MX5.3.2 some pages will not be closed ( and saved ) anymore

I have some pages with a regular save button. But since recently some pages will not be closed anymore ( and the data wil not be saved ). Adding a Microflow button with only a commit entity and close page entity i.s.o. the regular save button will solve the problem. ( before converting from 4 to 5.3.2. the save button works normaly on those pages) The user has full rights on the table and on the page. If there is a before commit event on the table, that will not be launched at all. ( checked by adding a breakpoint on the first entity ). b.t.w. it is not on all pages
