Signing in to the Mendix AppStore failed due to a wrong user name or password.

Dear Mendix, Whey I want to create a new project in the Mendix 5 Layout template (after signing in), i get the following Error message: 'Signing in to the Mendix AppStore failed due to a wrong user name or password.' I do not understand why this is possible since I'm already logged in at that moment and my peer students actually are able to create a new project. I already tried to change my password, I uninstalled the program and installed it again, but it won't help, I still get the same error message. How should I overcome this problem? Leontien
