Download file, access denied standard cloud Mendix

We use the widget Flat File Export. It creates a export file. When this widget tries to create an export file, it stops. In the log of Flat File export we see the following error: access denied (java.io.FilePermission /srv/cloud/slots/tr10000/deploy/data/tmp read) Do we have to ask Mendix for a change in our rights or is there another way to get this problem fixed? Local it works fine btw.
