Can I include a Microflow in my project that is executed directly after login of a user (with a specific user role)?

Since 2.4.3 you can select a microflow as startpage. Go to navigation and click the '...' button of the home property in the property dock. You can now select a microflow as your home page.

If I want to execute a microflow after logon (described above) and then open a custom form (conditional loader in the theme package) how can I select the start screen (it is not a screen you can select in the modeler)?

Yes you can! You can go to project settings and then select a microflow at after startup events. It's also possible to trigger a before shutdown event.
