Sandbox Deployment

Good Afternoon, I'm having trouble deploying to a sandbox environment within Mendix. The following message is displayed: "something went wrong while deploying your app to the sandbox", visit the developer portal to view the status of your app. When I log in to the portal I can see error's listed saying " Couldn't deploy to your sandbox. Please, check the logs." When I try and retrieve the error log a message is displayed saying "Error retrieving logs". Has anyone experienced this before or can provide help in fixing this issue? I would call or file a request in the Mendix support desk. This should not be happening.

Sounds familiar. I'm not able to deploy to the sandbox or even run it in the cloud where it just says: "Resuming app...". The log only shows me: ΓΏ

I've just submitted a request in the mendix support desk app.
