Creating long text in web form

I would like to create long text in web form for read only which will describe application and term and conditions (About Application - 6 sentences, Term and Conditions navigation bar - 15 sentences).

You can take a look at the documentation. Use this one instead of the text area widget. Connect it to the right attribute and define the set of buttons visible and set the right size.
