Jump from an external application to specific webpages within Mendix

Is it possible to jump to a specific web page within a mendix application? So could I bookmark a specific page or use a URL to instantly go to a Product screen, for instance, without using the buttons from a form (new/edit buttons in data grid)? If not, could you think of a way how an external application could use a link/URL to an inner page of Mendix?

In the current architecture, it is not possible to link to a specific screen.
