Not able to raise a request

When I try to log an incident through mendix supportportal ,No project name listed in my login and I am not able to see New request button as available in New request page [https://support.mendixcloud.com/documentation/expertdesk91/portal/newportalrequest.htm#EnterDetail_Description.]

Call the support desk. There is probably something wrong with your settings.
