Change HowTo page to refer to App Store Widget Boilerplate

The HowTo page about creating a Git repository for AppStore content refers to a common JavaScript boilerplate. Recently a Mendix specific boilerplate project has been created https://github.com/mendix/AppStoreWidgetBoilerplate I think it would be good if the HowTo page refers to that project.
