I've published content in both the public and private app stores. For this content, I can update the documentation or create a new draft. However, I can't seem to find the button to remove something from the app store. I'm also a company admin, so I would expect that I can at least remove any content from our private app store. Can anyone confirm this functionality is missing in the app store?

This is indeed not possible at the moment. You can inform the App Store team and send your feedback by using the feedback button!
