I'm trying to use the Excel Exporter (XLSReport) from the app store to export to csv. Everything works fine if I make a template using xls as export format. However, both CSV and xlsx show "not supported" in the template manager and I get a nullpointer exception when trying to export to csv (the exact same export but to xls works fine). I'm using Mendix 4.8.7 and ExcelExporter 1.0.2 Stacktrace
