Using BI report with Mendix

How can Mendix uses any BI Report tool like Cognos to access all the reports inside Mendix Web Application?

If I understand correctly you want the reports generated by a third party BI Tool to be visible inside Mendix. It depends a bit which BI tool you are usings, but I would either use an iFrame (not my favorite) or redirect the user from Mendix to the report server (in the cloud or on premise).

To get the data from Mendix inside a BI tool then OData is the best way if the BI tool supports this (not all do unfortunately). The microsoft BI tool is very affordable compared to others and can use OData.
