I'm trying to activate my app on a accp and prod environment, but I'm getting a NullPointer exception. This happens on both servers. Both environments are installed on premise on Windows Server 2008 i.c.w. Mendix Service Console 4.2. After generating a license on http://licenses.mendix.com for both customer environments, I tried to activate the license on the remote servers. But it fails with a strange NullPointer on both environments. My service console is started with administrator rights. Any thoughts? Edit after solving: It happened because our app was not started. Mendix created a ticket to return a nice message when you try to activate your license with a not-running app, instead of a NullPointer
