How can we track total page load time in our application including all the ajax calls used to generate the page? Is there a way for the Google Analytics application to support this?

I always use firebug a plugin for firefox. Go to the Net tab and click show everything. There you can see the loadtime of the complete page. IE has something similair I believe with the developer toolset.
