Rich text editor- All menu options such as edit HTML source or insert a link open as blank pop-up

Hi All, I have an issue while using widget rich text editor, when i want to edit html source or use any other menu option within this widget a blank pop-up screen is displayed. I thought this is not working for this specific app and tested other applications where this widget works fine but the result was same it is not working in any of the applications. Then I tested in localhost and it works perfect on localhost and I can use all the options of this widget. Blank screen pop-up is only displayed on servers. Please can anyone help me to find what is the issue. Is anyone facing the same issue? Thanks in advance.
