ERROR: Can not create widgets from forms/en_US/welcome.mxf

I'm getting the following error when I open my (first) application: ERROR: Can not create widgets from forms/en_US/welcome.mxf Any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried to synchronize the modeler file in the console (option 1) and clear your browser cache (Ctrl + Shift + F5 in Firefox) and refresh the page?
