I know I have seen some forum activity on this previously, but wanted to see if there are any new approaches since the advent of Mx5. I would like to generate a printed report/document from Mendix with graphs and charts in addition to data tables. Has anyone accomplished this? If so, any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

You could try to create a chart from xml data using jfreechart. For an example see here.
Then save the image in your Mendix database and show this image in the document template with a dynamic image viewer. Not the easiest of solutions but certainly feasible I think.
