Questionnaire module- Viewing questions and answers after the survey

Hi everyone, we are using the Questionnaire module for our project. How can we view questions and answers altogether in a page after taking a survey.? So that we can export that to a pdf.(Thank you for the build a document template tutorial ). Care to share any ideas?

You can add an extra tab to the Questionnaire Config page to show completed surveys: 
Right-click to view the image full size to see the rather long Xpath constraint. (Note my Module name is renamed, so your constraint will have your module name instead of Reports.)
