error on line 1 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document

Hi, Today users received the following message when accessing the application and accessing tabs in forms in our production environment: This page contains the following errors: error on line 1 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error. We never encountered the issue before and it disappeared after sometime. We do not see any log entries. I did not manage to reproduce and check the error myself. Anyone an idea where to start looking? EDIT: Clearing the browser cache seems to resolve the issue. However still interested in what could cause the issue.
