There are multiple clients. They all have the same form open with the same data. One of the clients starts a microflow with a object change event with a refresh in client. Will the data be changed in all the clients or just in the client who fired the microflow?

Only the client who fired the microflow. In the others you have to poll for changes. The template grid however has the refresh interval property to automatically poll for changes.
