Custom 405 page (SSO assertion URL when application is down)

Hi all, It has not been long since we can configure our own 503, 404 and 403 errorpages in Mendix: http://www.mendix.com/tech-blog/custom-error-pages/?utmsource=feedburner&utmmedium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+MendixFeatured+%28Business+Modeler%29 Even though this is a great feature, I would also like to implement my own 405 page. Does anybody have experience with this?
