I'm trying to deploy the project to the cloud but it says I have it locked. Is there a file I can edit to unlock it? I do not use tortoise. Have you tried again? When deploying does not work it means that another proces is already doing an upgrade (or maintenance is being performed). If it is still locked file a support call.
