Hi, We’ve noticed an issue with the excel importer 5.1.1 that otherwise worked in the previous version for Mendix 4. When we “export to excel” in a grid with numbers (attributes are strings) and we re-import that .xls file. We are seeing that the numbers come in empty. But in Mendix 4 they would come in fine. We found that we had to open the .xls file, highlight the numbers, click “convert to number” (because they have a green mark on top right corner stating “the number in this cell is formatted as text or preceded by an apostrophe”), save file, then import to import the numbers correctly. The interesting thing is, the older version also had the same green mark stating “the number in this cell is formatted as text or preceded by an apostrophe”, but would always work when re-importing without having to change anything. Has anyone else come across this or can explain? Thanks
