After upgrade uat from 3.3.37 to mendix 4.8.9 extremely slow

Our UAT environment which we upgraded from 3.3.7 to 4.8.9 is extremely slow. When I click on the New button to create a new object takes about 30 seconds to open the form. Anyone any ideas to what can cause this? I have switched on connection_bus logging and it seem the database interaction is happening very slow. We have Mendix Service Console 4.2 running When we start the service the core log node line starts with Mendix Runtime 4.8.9.. etc with the current date time then it stand there for about 1 minute. then only suddenly next log say database: Oracle and the next with the license etc. but with 1 minutes agos time....
