Why is it sometimes impossible to stop a action from the Mendix service console? Sometimes it works, but other times it simply says Terminating runtime thread 'akka:event-driven:dispatcher:request-dispatching-3' due to administrator command: (info about the action) but it never terminates?

In my opinion this never has worked. At least the times that I tried it it did not do anything. After a refresh the action just came back.
