I created a form on the phonelayoutcustomfooter layout. Header and footer fit to the Phone, but the content itself is to big. So scroll bars appear. Is there a way to set the size of the content to avoid this and what size should I then use?

This is most probably due to some unnecessary margins/paddings in your custom styling. You should look at your custom styling and check to see what is causing the issue. I would suggest using chrome dev tools to see where the issue is. Does this just happen on the phone preview? Or does it also happen on the hybrid app.
