Styling of project is changed after converting from 5.9.1 to 5.14.1

Hi all, After converting my project from 5.9.1 to 5.14.1 the styling is completely changed. It loads my custom theme.css but it looks like it's missing something. Also my login page is not styled anymore (maybe class names changed?)
