Hi, Is there any widget in app-store for tracking the communication(eg: email) similar to ticketing system or message centre which keep tracks of the communication. Thanks in advance!

No, there isn't. I you are using the EmailTemplate module, the EmailLog entity contains the errors/tracing. You have to customize this manually.
