New blog: keyboard- and userfriendly screens with Mendix

8
Hi all, I'm happy to share some experience and lessons learnt when creating screens for heavy users which expect optimal screen- and keyboard behavior. If you're interested see: http://appronto.nl/over-appronto/blog/userfriendly-screens-mendix/ Also I'm curious if there are more best practices within the community, if so: please share below. More (hopefully) interesting blogs are right here.

Kudo's Herbert, and I am looking forward to the Attribute Setter widget. And I did notice that you also use the trick to put two reference selectors close together (the input and the standard Mendix widget so you only see the select form button). Would be nice if the input reference selector could have the button with the popup form incorporated.

Regards,

Ronald

Check out the widget in the appstore: https://appstore.home.mendix.com/link/app/2029/Appronto/UXManipulator

Attribute Setter widget == UX Manipulator widget :)
