PDF annotation on mobile device

Is it possible to annotate a PDF document on a mobile device? Our application receives documents from third party applications. Users would like to able to write comments or draw corrections on these documents. Because there currently is no widget available for this purposes we are seeking alternative solutions. For instance integration with a native annotation app. Does anyone have experience or have a good idea how to implement this requirement?

Yes, there are many pdf annotation apps runs on Android or ipad,   Supports both local device storage and various clouds.

I use Xodo for reading and annotating PDFs on both Android tablet and apple ipad.
