No you can not upload your theme and then adjust it again with the UX theme creator. On the other hand it is not really much work to recreate all your settings. And it is even more faster then just change the theme you already have. If you are not sure about how to make those changes you could create another theme and inspect what has changed. Good way to learn a bit about CSS and styling.
