Go to https://sprintr.home.mendix.com/index.html. Click on your current avatar in the top menu bar, then select Show Profile.

Click on the Edit your profile button. On the next screen there is a link under your avatar to Edit avatar.

PS: It can take a while before the avatar gets updated (atleast in my experience it did)
