I want to create an .txt FileDocument from an entity. How can I do this? FlatFileExporter creates an .txt File and pushes it to a directory. How to modify this module? GenerateDocuments action does not have .txt

As Dennis said, the StringToFile Java action in Community Commons is the way to go.
