Glyphicon menu hamburger has not been shown

Hi there , I was using Bootswatch Layout. It used 'glyphicon glyphicon-align-justify' on the sidebar toggle by default. I tried to change icon to 'glyphicon glyphicon-menu-hamburger'. It didn't work well. It didn't show. T_T Do you have any idea?

I think it's a matter of glyphicon version. http://glyphicons.com/

If someone raises an issue on the github repository I will fix the issue in the next release by upgrading the bootstrap libraries/fonts.
