why bother to make an introduction course when it doesnt even work.

Hi,   Yes why bother. If the introduction course doesn't even work how am i supposed to beleive that mendix is such a great tool.   My problems? 1. mendix keeps loading in internet explorer 10. 2 in FIrefox no images are visible and videos refuse to run! 3. the modeler opens, but no survey app is visible.   as I said why bother!
