When opening a page, focus is scrolling down to the middle/lower half of the page rather than remaining at the top. The page is read only and has some buttons on the lower half of the page. The focus appears to be going to the clickable buttons. Moving the buttons to the top of the page resolves the issue, but does anyone have any solutions that do not involve putting the buttons at the top?
