Disable confirm on remove button

Is there a way to disable the confirm delete popup ("Delete 1 items?") on the remove button of a reference selector?

I'm not sure this is possible on a default Delete button. You could, however, use a microflow/action button, where you do have the option to enable or disable confirmation.
