How to make a mobile page display in landscape mode?

My text is getting cut short in portrait mode, so I am trying to flip it. I can't seem to figure this out. Anyone know? -thanks

The app should auto-adjust when you flip your phone in landscape mode. I created a quick test-app and it worked fine for me when I view it on my phone and flip it to landscape.
