You can't use the administrator credentials(MxAdmin) in a sandbox environment. These credentials can only be used if you deploy locally on your computer.

The login form widget can only authenticate configured 'local users' with the local user store in your application. Single sign on users are authenticated with the Mendix Authentication provider.

Did you find a solution? I am also having issues, won't accept the admin credentials.
